This programme is designed for senior leadership teams who are not quite firing on all cylinders. Teams facing demanding opportunities and significant risks and who need to pull together at their best.
If your senior leadership team is dealing with tensions, rapidly shifting goal posts, or just not making the progress it should be, this programme will tackle the six ‘must-do’ areas that build strong relationships, focus attention and give leaders the confidence to deliver together.
It can be commissioned by the Chief Executive or other senior stakeholders on behalf of the senior leadership team.
Suitable for senior leadership teams of up to 10 people. Must include the CEO, Managing Director or equivalent.
