Tough at the Top™

Congratulations!

You did what it took to get to the top. You put in the time and effort, stretched yourself, cultivated the connections, made some good choices.

Now you’re there at the top – and it really is time to deliver!

It’s exciting and challenging and at the same time exposed and isolated.

One of my clients felt it was like entering his top-floor office only to find the floor was made of glass! It’s a long way down and you ask yourself: “who am I to be up here doing this?”

And a recent survey of business bosses said that 43% report feeling lonely in their position and over 80% feel separated or isolated when it comes to business matters.*
