What’s Happened to My Next Promotion?

You’ve already taken some major steps up the ladder but, for whatever reason, that next advancement is just not happening.

The months come and go but the right opportunity doesn’t seem to arise. Or perhaps it does come along but somehow manages to pass you by, so that you find yourself falling at the last hurdle or never in the right place at the right time or just not connected to the right sources.
